IN MY OPINION THE FIRST THING YOU NEED TO DO IS START EATING RIGHT AND A LITTLE MORE OF IT.IF YOUR WEIGHT IS HOLDING AROUND 80 AND YOU ARE EATING NORMALY FOR YOU.ALL THE EXERCISE IN THE WORLD WILL NOT PUT WEIGHT ON YOU.YOU MIGHT GET A LITTLE FIRMER AND A LITTLE STRONGER.YOU HAVE TO TAKE IN MORE CALORIES THAN YOU BURN EACH DAY TO PUT ON WEIGHT
