I'm beginning to play the guitar and I need some help, please.?

I know how to play a beginning song, (twinkle, twinkle little star..lol.) but I want to learn how to play different songs. But I need help reading the guitar chords, like, the printable pages and stuff, they confuse me. So if anyone could possibly tell me a website that makes it easy for learning or please explain how to read the chords. thanks alot.
