How to loose belly fat?

What you read was right. Just incorporate plenty of cardio (walking or jogging). Fruits, nuts, and veggies will help you succeed. Do what I call leg throw downs, where you lay on your back lift up your legs and put them down but don't touch the floor, then repeat until you can't do it anymore. Another one is to stay in push up position but don't go down and up. Just hold yourself up for a while and you'll feel your abs tighten. Water water water.
