I filed a pro say package to get custody of my granddaughter what am I suppose to do in court?

I have no idea what to say and what to do or what to expect. I live in Montgomery county Ohio and need some expert advise. Please help. My granddaughter has been with me since she was born and CSB got involved due to her mother and the baby she gave birth too. I need to know what will happen in court and how I should repair myself for this. When filing a pro say package I am representing myself and no one seems to want to give me any legal advise due to this.
