Any social workers out there? Please see if you can help...?

I can sympathize, because once I had my name placed in a Registry of Abuse and Neglect for yelling (and not that much) at my very difficult 15 year old. I had to fight to get my name off. In the more progressive states, almost every behavior that's not perfect gets your name placed on one of these lists because almost anything is considered child abuse or neglect. In your case, I don't know what to do except to get a very good attorney.
