Will it make my ants tired?

i heard all worker ants are females.My worker ants, asyanna, sarah, alana, andrena and jewel are having a good time.They always, eat their food, just walk around and have fun exploring around their colony.My soldier ants that are all boys are Boston, Marky, Joseph,Pow and dash are having a great time like my worker ants.They(my soldier ants) guard the colony properly and eat food.But I also researched that without a queen, my ants wil die.few of my ants are carpenter ants that I have caught 6 minutes ago.My princess ants are Hailey(leaf-cutter ant) and Almira(carpenter ant).I was wondering, that when July comes, HAILEYandALMIRA will fly and look for a male ant then lay eggs.Then the both of them will become queens.Then after that will my worker ants and soldier ants do their jobs?will they stop lazing around?will they take care of Hailey and Almira?will it be tiring to construct tunnels?will it be tiring to guard the colony?
