What is Sotomayor's position on property rights? (Please consider news item below)?

Why does it not surprise me? I think that almost everyone with a left political leaning believes in their heart that there is no such thing as "private property (other than their own) and that the state or fed is justifiable in siezing any real estate... since it all really belongs to them anyway.
