My friend's ARMPIT is our most destructive PROBLEM.?

How?! How?! How will she get rid of this so-called cavernous armpit? She's beautiful, likewise, she likes joining in pageants. But every time she wears swim suit [pageant], everybody laughs at her. And I heard it seven times over saying "men, wtf does her underarm look." Awwe. And I get so disappointed with those guys ditching her! So what will I do in order to help her? It lowers her self-esteem indeed. She, has also body odor. She tried every thing even the most expensive treats. She also tried using lemons. But nothing can cure it. Thanks!
