like last year in march i jumpd up for the basketball and i landed on my right foot and it hurt bad. at night i couldnt turn it or anyti=hing so i went to the E.R and they put me in a aircast and said i might of fractured my growth plate. they put me in an aircast and crutches and said not to do anything to put weight on my foot...i didnt listen and took the cast off and continued lifting and kickboxing..now my ankle is some what crooked.....wen i stand straight you can tell my leg is kinda crooked...did i break my growth plate???
