Could a Labour/Conservative Alliance ever happen if there was a hung parliment in the uk?
uming there was a hung parliment and Proportional Representation was introduced in the electoral system, meaning the big two parties were splintered and lots of small parties entered parliment such as theBNP, UKIP, Greens, Independants etc?
