Combi Boilers, pipes, radiators- What to get?

In my opinion Valiant boilers are the best. Rads its a matter of choice, As for rads under windows, its always been a debatable point some agree about air from outside being circulated, Others including myself think the reason is that furniture is not normally put by windows so its the best place for rads. 40 Years plumbing Retired.
